The PG860 lets you create a custom virtual fence in the app. Choose a circle, a polygon, or draw the shape freehand to suit a garden, a paddock, a farm or woodland.
Q2. What protection modes are available?
The PG860 has two modes. Stay Inside keeps your dog within a safe area, and Keep Outside stops your dog entering a zone you want left alone, such as a pond, a driveway or a vegetable patch.
Q3. How does the PG860 respond when my dog crosses the boundary?
As your dog approaches or crosses the virtual fence, the collar gives a progressive sequence of tone, then vibration, then static. You set each of the three independently from your phone.
Q4. Does the fence need a Bluetooth connection to keep working?
No. Once the fence is set up, it keeps working on its own with no Bluetooth connection, no SIM card and no mobile data. There is nothing to subscribe to.
